PC Phd.net was started by Louis Grim and Mike Greenberg, with a vision of making a living helping people get the most from their systems. Have you been dissatisfied by arrogant, incompetent consultants? We're raising the bar for IT Consulting, one-customer-at-a-time. The countless stories of inept, anti-social IT drones in the business world led us to start free-lancing as IT-Support Specialists. Mike and I both have been successfully troubleshooting PC's for over twelve years. We are articulate, attentive, degreed and committed to delivering competitive, excellent service.

We will bid on jobs/contracts, and our hourly rates are $100 for businesses or $50 for residences, per technician. This is a San-Francisco-and-Berkeley-based business. Travel fees may apply for on-site visits to locations over fifteen miles away.

Your privacy is guaranteed; pcphd.net observes data only as mandated by the job and shares nothing. There is a two-hour minimum. Prices do not include parts. We are not responsible for hardware failure during the service, unless we are at fault. A retainer fee may be required to schedule a visit. Call for your free, brief consultation.
